1) Job description:
Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams including plan and administer policies relating to all phases of the Project Management (PM) activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
2). Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quick learner
- Good communication skills and active team player
- Aggressive, Patient, honest, responsible, helpful and can work under pressure
- Ability to handle multi-tasks
- Minimum 4 years working experience, at least 2 years working on PM
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical or electromechanics Engineering
- Experience on large scale equipment or heavy machinery industry is prefer
3). Responsibilities:
A. Act as a coordinator between customers and the company’s inter department personnel to ensure optimum customer’s required standards and needs.
负责项目计划的编制和执行，落实项目所需的资源调配
i. Prepare, review and update Project Execute Plan and relevant Project document. Plan and make all resources needed for the projects be available at the appropriate time.
计划并协调设计、生产控制、送货、安装、调试和验收测试过程等的事务
ii. Coordinate the design, purchasing (material flow), manufacturing, testing (factory acceptance test & customer acceptance test), shipping, installation, and tuning etc…activities.
提前识别项目中风险，并和相关部门提出预防对策。
iii. Identify any risk before and/or when running the project, and coordinate with the relevant department to bring the solution in place.
负责编制项目安装计划及安装所需材料清单，组织落实安装所需的人员、设备、材料，监督检查安装质量
iv. Always stay on the top of the installation, and tuning for the product in the jobsite. Plan in advanced for the schedule, manpower, tooling/equipment, and gain the necessary information.
项目最终验收后，负责回顾总结项目运行情况报告，提出需改善的方面及措施
v. Summarize and organize the lesson learn after project is in service, coordinate the team to bring out the improvement.
客户服务协调、支援
vi. Customer technical support
B. Provide daily communication and correspondence to customer and the inter department on all issues related.
C. Review the delivery and material status, expediting the delivery of goods and/or material.
D. Update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation.
E. Schedule / control forecast weekly and monthly monitoring captioned issues to ensure smooth production to meet sales target.
