职位描述
工作职责Responsibilities:
1、主要负责焊接结构件焊接工艺编制并指导、实施，提出相关焊材要求及焊接质量的质量检查；
In charge of welding process
2、负责解决生产过程中所发生的焊接质量问题
In charge of dealing with quality problem of welding in production process
3、负责改进焊接工艺、焊接设备、工装夹具的调整
In charge of improve welding workmanship, welding equipment and adjust tooling.
4、对生产过程中的焊接工艺标准、技术要点与生产部门以及公司的外分包单位进行技术交底；
Communicating Welding standard and point of technique with production department and outside sub-unit.
5、负责新项目新车型的焊接工艺设定及焊接设备选型，工装夹具的式样制作等
In charge of welding setting and welding equipment model of new projec. Making tooling model and so on.
任职资格 Qualification:
1、大学本科学历；
Bachelor Degree
2、机械，焊接或材料相关专业
Major in welding or material.
3、具有两年以上从事焊接经验,有汽车行业优先,熟悉焊接夹具工装设计；
Two years welding experience, automotive shock absorber profession have priority, familiar with welding clamp design.
4、熟悉焊接标准，熟悉焊接工艺(气体保护焊）；
Familiar with the standard of welding and welding (GMAW)
5、熟悉自动化（机器人）弧焊设备；
Familiar automatic(robot) arc welding equipment
6、熟练操作办公用软件，二维及三维制图软件；
Familiar office software, two dimension and three dimension drawing software
7、思维敏捷,条理清晰；
Smart and clarity
8、良好的英语读写水平。
Well English reading and writing skill.
