Tasks will include:

Extensive internal and external customer liaison
Log client issues via the Serko Web Portal issue tracking system
Provide product support
Resolve customer issues and queries
Attend relevant product and skill courses
Provide phone support

Are you:

A good communicator in both written and spoken English
Excellent analytical skills
Able to adopt and encourage a co-operative approach to all internal and external relationships
Highly organised and thorough
Proven ability to effectively problem solve
Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products/applications

Ideally you should:

Have exceptional people and communication skills
Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products/applications
Have a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Have the willingness and ability to learn new skills daily
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
