Responsibilities:
1、Direct daily activities of regional centers to achieve sales goals, monitor and support centers service operations. Guarantee center staff adherence to all Web policies and procedures.
指导区域内中心完成销售目标，支持并监督售后服务，并保证员工在运营中遵守公司规章制度
2、Provide sales and service trainings to CCs, recruitment and training support for all positions.
为区域内课程顾问提供销售和售后服务培训，为区域员工提供招聘和培训支持
3、Responsible for the regional centers overall operations.
负责整体区域销售运营
4、Support General Manager for promotion activities and assist with any PR related activities in the territory.
向总经理提供营销支持，并协助相关的公关事宜
5、Work closely with Finance, IT, HR and Construction Departments for general administration.
与财务，IT，人事，建设部门紧密合作，完善日常行政管理工作

Requirement:
1、Above 28 years old.Have three years experience in managing a group of at least 30 employees.Peer is prefer.
28周岁以上。至少5年带领30人以上的管理工作经验.有同行管理经验者优先考虑
2、 Advanced sales skills.
良好的销售营销技能
3、Good communication skills and ability for solving problems
良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力
4、 High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus
