职位描述：1、提供客户端的服务工作；
2、负责客户审查，向客户提供合理的机器改进建议，促进备件销售；向客户提供技术支持；
3、在售后服务经理协调下，协助厂内、外机器调试；
4、协助售后服务经理的工作，包括：接收客户投诉，做好投诉记录并协助处理客户投诉；与客户保持良好的关系；
5、通过自学，坚持在技术及相关领域不断提高自己；

6. 保持完整的工作记录。

岗位要求：1、技校以上学历，机电专业；
2、3年以上相关工作经验；
3、良好的英语听说能力，优先考虑。
