POSITION OVERVIEW
The position - QC Analytical Specialist reports directly to the Plant QC Supervisor in the quality department
The key objective of this role is to be the steward of the HBF lab testing GC-FID, for example performing test, analyze data, develop and improve some lab SOPs, deliver technical training to QC team. Participate or lead some lab continuous improvement process.
PRIMARY DUTIES
? Conduct GC-FID instrument test, instrument maintenance, work closely with regional and Global specialist to develop analysis methods, analyze test results, share report to team.
? Develop and improve our lab SOPs, share best practices to other countries, regions, enhance QC lab capability.
? Responsible for delivering some training on lab QC related to team.
? Collaborate with Production, EH&S, Engineering, Planning etc. to ensure customer and business needs are always delivered, maintain and exceed all customer audit requirements on QC lab areas.
? Others as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree major in chemistry or chemical engineering;
? Minimum 3 years GCFID operating experience, and data analysis.
? Experienced in Microsoft Office application
? Excellent analytical skills and conflict resolution skills
? Good English reading and written ability.
? Outgoing, results and execution oriented
? Good communication skill and Team player.
