Specific Duties & Responsibilites :
职责及责任 :
1.To recruit high-caliber employees in engineering dept.
负责招聘工程部高级雇员;
2.To approve all kinds of engineering documents
负责所有工程文件的审批;
3.To coordinate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other related people to implement new programs, improve and take corrective actions for existing programs if necessary.
与其它部门、客户、供应商及相关人员协调，执行新程序，如果必要，对现有程序进行改善及采取矫正措施；
4.To work with customers, suppliers and other related people and help all level of employees to solve problems in engineering fields.
与客户、供应商及其他人员合作，并帮助所有公司内涉及工程方面问题的人员解决问题；
5.To provide suitable training to every employees inside the department.
为部门内每位雇员提供适当的培训。
6.To ramp new programs ontime to meet internal & external customers' milestone.
按时完成新项目的认证并满足公司内外客户的时间要求。

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline;
Minimum 8 years experience, with 3 years in managerial level of manufacturing organization;
Good knowledge in injection molding and the secondary operations;
Hands on experience in engineering;
Knowledge in trouble shooting for all kinds of engineering issues related to injection molding;
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills;
Excellent communication skill in English, Mandarin.
