This role will be to manage the ongoing development of KPMG Employer Branding and play a key role in the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of resourcing related promotions and processes. You will also assist in employee communication channels and provide assistance to senior HR leaders regarding employee communications and marketing promotions.

Responsibilities

·Define, manage and implement a recruitment marketing strategy across both graduate and experienced hire recruitment (including overseeing all aspects of recruitment marketing, brochures, direct advertising, website, internet campus campaigns)

·Liaise with other KPMG Marketing teams across the global network to explore any joint opportunities for marketing the KPMG brand / Firm to future candidates

·Position KPMG in the talent market place using all appropriate channels

·Manage the KPMG presence in key labour markets at graduate level, experienced hires level, locally and overseas

·Manage external suppliers such as creative agencies, video producers etc

·Communicate our People initiatives, programmes and policies to partners and staff, including the Employee Referral Scheme and Internal Careers

·Support and communicate our Employer of Choice agenda and its components, including managing surveys and other forms of search

Requirements

· Ideally with a marketing/communications or business related degree

· A minimum of eight years’ relevant working experience

· Experience in the PR / Advertising sector is a definite advantage

· Good project management skills, creative and very self-reliant

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

· Good IT skills in desktop publishing, Dreamweaver and other related software would be advantageous
