职位描述
Job Holder: Halo Support Services
Job Title: Factory Management Specialist
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Responsible to: Factory Management Supervisor
Purpose of Role: Factory & Gating Products Delivery Management
Responsibilities – general
1. Take lead to work with related action owners to take recovery/preventive actions and solve existing delivery issues.
2. Manage with factories to ensure all new products can mass production smoothly
3. Manage factories to update correct ready date into WSM (web supplier management) within target L/T.
4. Factory product L/T, OTD, service, flexibility performance management
5. Take lead on factories management meeting.
Responsibilities – specific to
1. Work with factories to take quick actions and commit the delivery date for new products or TBC items.
2. Coordinate with related colleagues and factories to discuss existing delivery issue and take recovery actions or align or finalize working process.
3. Review system order confirmation status, follow up with factories to make sure they confirm delivery date for new order within 3 days and ensure they also update ready date if any change.
4. Align the loading plan with factories and expedite gating item to make sure on time delivery.
5. Coordinate with related order management specialist to switch product ready date among orders to reduce stock waiting time and deliver fast shipment to customers

Must
1. Responsible, be proactive
2. With good sense of urgency and team work spirits.
3. Good at reading, writing, speaking English.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Good at organizing, coaching skill and execution.
6. Ability to improve process
Prefer
1. With continued improvement sense
2. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above
2. 3-5 years of working experience.
