Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Purpose of Role: Construction Project Supervision
Responsibilities - General
1. Oversight and supervision of a wide range of construction and design projects
Competencies/Skills Required
Must
1. Be able to interpret and explain a wide range of design concepts
2. Be able to research materials and construction techniques
3. Be able to solve problems with an attention to detail
4. Be able to communicate and negotiate with a wide range of personalities
5. Be able to prepare and implement project budgets
Prefer
1. Good experience of construction processes and techniques
2. Some CAD experience
Education/Experience
Must
1. 5 years construction experience
2. 2 Years supervisory experience
Prefer
1. Reasonable English
