2. Match new colours.

3. Perform value analysis of innovative raw material.

3.Work with lab and production; produce premium quality products with cost efficient formulations.


Profile requirements:

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry with >5 years experience in compounding and color matching.

2. Good knowledge in polymer structure/property relationship.

3.Perform colour matching independently.

4. Excellent safety awareness.

5. Good team spirit.
