Job Holder: Halo
Job Title: Order Management Assistant
Based at: Gaoming Foshan
Responsible to: Order Management Manager/Supervisor
Purpose of Role: Assist department manager or supervisor to do report or manage order.
Responsibilities – general
1. Doing reports
2. Manage order from small suppliers.
3. Be contact windows of all suppliers regarding WSM issue and coordinate with related owner to solve issue.
4. Assist dept. manager to collect information or ensure execution of paper work internally.
5. Coordinate with related OM to confirm supplier surcharge invoice
6. Help OM to complete OB in the busy time.
7. Others
Responsibilities – specific to
1. Do reports, such as order intake, order summary, manual tracker etc.
2. Issue order to suppliers to buy stock, follow up products to be delivered to warehouse on time.
3. Check with IT or finance to solve open issue for suppliers, such as WSM or payment issue.
4. Assist dept. manager to collect some information from the team, or remind the team to complete assigned job before due date.
5. Weekly check open surcharge invoice confirmation status, and remind related OM to done their job before due date.
6. Help OM to do OB on Tuesday in case one OM had more shipments in previous week and can’t be completed before cut off time.

1. Good at French & English reading and writing.
2. Sensitive to data, be patient
3. Good responsibility and team-work spirits.
4. Quick study ability
5. Good communication skill
