1) Job description:
Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams including plan and administer policies relating to all phases of the Project Manager (PM) activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

2). Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quick learner
- Good communication skills and active team player
- Aggressive, Patient, honest, responsible, helpful and can work under pressure
- Ability to handle multi-tasks
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering

3). Responsibilities:
1.Provide daily communication and correspondence to customer on all issues related.
2. Monitor and manage material needs in both quantity and pricing to Supporting the sales department in the acquisition process.
3. Act as a coordinator between customers and the company’s inter department personnel to ensure optimum customer’s required standards and needs.
4. Managing the account with support team, such as engineering, material control, test engineers and purchasing.
5. Review the delivery and material status, expediting the delivery of goods and raw material.
6. Update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation.
7. Prepare and provide new quotations and revise quotations to potential /new /current customers upon requests.
8. Schedule / control forecast weekly and monthly monitoring captioned issues to ensure smooth production to meet sales target.
