职位描述：
负责整体缝纫，装配线的过程质量控制管理及人员管理工作，及装配线的产品及过程质量控制。具体内容如下：

Responsible for process quality control and personnel management of seat assembly line . the details is as follows:
？ Production process quality control include the control method planning and implement; Product appearance quality criteria specification.
生产过程产品质量及过程质量控制，包括控制方法的策划与实施，产品外观质量标准的确定。
？ Quality document making and implement such as control plan and inspect instruction preparation and quality plan and other necessary documents.
质量文件的编制与实施，如：控制计划、检验标准、质量计划及其他必要文件。
？ For new project and new localization project, response for quality plan and EMPB/PPAP submission and the process release from customer.
负责新项目及国产化项目的质量计划、EMPB/PPAP提交、以及获得客户的过程认可批准。
？ Overall owner for internal process control. Responsible for working out the process control planning. and the relevant owner implement and continue to monitor the product quality.
内部过程控制的总负责人,负责制定过程控制方案。相关负责人实施并持续监控生产线的产品质量。
？ Charge the management, assessment and the training for the people of process quality control.
负责过程质量控制人员的管理，考核与培训工作。
？ Organize the problem analysis and improvement for customer feedback.

？ Organize the production quality analysis, coordinate with related dept. to make improvement.
组织生产过程中的质量问题分析，协调相关部门进行改进。
？ Responsible for the urgent quality events handling in the plant, coordinate with relating functions to take actions to ensure the production in a smooth running.
负责处理厂内现场突发的质量事件，并协调公司相关部门采取相应措施，保证生产顺利进行。

？ Monitor QRQC execution and the actions effectiveness.

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历

2. 3年以上合资或独资企业同等岗位工作经验

3. 熟悉质量体系及新项目APQP
