Job responsibility:

1、Analyze the developments/quotations, make sure all is clear.

2、Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time. Work together with PD & R&D and technicians .

3、Send the development/quotation to best suitable suppliers (acc. to capacity strategy set by PM team).

4、Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the price acc. to our price method, quality and lead time.

5、Checking the fitting / appeal. Does it look good, H&M product? Send best package to buyer.

6、Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method.

7、Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for.

8、Work actively with risk assessment and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.

9、Initiate order follow up meetings with the rest of the team whenever necessary.

10、Take own initiatives to find solutions together with technician and give options/ suggestions to SEBO.

11、Good knowledge of H&M suppliers’ concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.



Job requirements:

1、Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office, with UW product knowledge is a plus

2、Good communication skill

3、English is fluent for communication

4、Strong quality sense
