-教育背景：专业不限，人力资源，行政尤佳，四年制本科学历。
Education background: No major requirement, better major in human resource or Administration, bachelor degree above.

-素质要求：自信、主动积极、有耐心、优秀表达能力的沟通者、成熟
Quality requirement: Confidence, positive, patient, Excellent communication with good presentation skills, maturity.

-职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. 访客接待，酒店、机票预订
Receiving visitors, booking hotels and fly tickets
2. 班车及车辆安排
Shift bus and car arrangement
3. 办公用品，清洁用品和劳保用品的采购及管理
The purchase and management of office supplies, cleaning supplies and labor thing
4. 员工考勤，加班工资、补贴和年假统计
Employees' attendance, overtime wage, allowance, annual leave statistics
5.负责全体员工的人事档案管理工作
Responsible for the employee profile management.
6.负责员工入离职手续办理
Responsible for the procedure of employee entering or resign
7. 跟进新员工培训
Following the new people training
8.协助进行员工招聘的面试，新进员工部门介绍
Assist to recruiting and interview, department introduction
