Responsibilities

·Guide and supervise the Practice Management System (＂PMS＂) Reporting team of 2-3 members to provide support on using all PMS reports to internal users across PRC,China HK SAR and China Macau SAR

·Understand the business requirements on reporting and provide solution or workaround

·Act as a coordinator between the business users and technical teams on possible report enhancement or new report development

·Prepare ad hoc analysis or statistics for users

·Plan and monitor shift-work schedule of the PMS Reporting team to ensure regular report support services are provided on Public Holiday.

Basic Requirements

·A degree holder, preferably in business or IT related discipline with a minimum of 3 years supervision role experience

·Mature and independent, with strong service oriented attitude and able to work under pressure;

·Analytical and skilled Excel user with some programming knowledge

·Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff in different functions;

·Fluent in written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

工作职责

·指导和管理PMS报告服务小组的工作。该小组由2至3人组成，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供系统报告支援服务；

·了解不同部门对报告的需求并提供解决方案；

·促进内部用户和技术团队交流，完善或因应需求开发不同的报告类型；

·根据内部用户可能提出的紧急要求提供分析和统计报告；

·按照公司在工作时间上的调配需要，编製及管理PMS报告服务小组成员的倒班时间表，确保PMS报告服务小组在法定假日提供正常服务。

基本要求

·大学本科学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业尤佳。在相关业务领域拥有至少三年或以上管理经验；

·成熟独立，有优良服务意识，能够承担一定的工作压力；

·熟悉Excel操作，并有一定的编程知识；

·优秀的沟通和人际交往技巧，能妥善处理与各级同事的日常交流；

·英语和国粤语写作及口语流利。
