Responsibilities

• Assist tax professionals with payroll and other related information request for tax filings;
• Perform data processing tasks in tax processing system;
• Compile and file tax filing work paper;
• Perform work for projects assigned in project management/tracking system;
• Prepare fee notes and other administrative tasks.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (major in tax/accounting preferred);
• CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong personal initiative and accountability;
• Good team player, willing to learn;
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.

工作职责

• 协助税务专员从客户处取得工资薪金及其他相关税务申报所需信息；
• 使用相关系统进行税务计算表及申报资料的录入；
• 整理和归档税务申报工作底稿；
• 使用项目管理系统进行日常项目控制操作;
• 编制帐单及其他事务性工作。

基本要求

• 本科或以上学历，专业为税务/会计优先；
• 已通过大学英语四级考试或以上；
• 良好的沟通及人际关系技巧；
• 工作积极主动，勇于承担；
• 具备团队精神，乐于学习；
• 吃苦耐劳，能够克服困难。
