Responsibilities:

- Analytical plant and production method and equipment management

- Assist manager in layout design and implementation / flow analysis / workforce and machine needs.

- DFX evaluation (Design for manufacturing, assembly), PFMEA, capability study/Cpk, control plan

- Draw up a craft document

- Will at the material in the production logistic system, including stock, industrial plant's optimization

- The new product duct into: the product offer, craft plans, the small batch verify etc.

- The craft process of product, produce a keeping on of efficiency improvement

- Tooling and device: plan, acquire, verify, modify, instruction of operation and maintenance, release and so on

- Train the production people about new product/process

- Safety management,5S management.

- Water and electricity management

- ESD management

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in mechanical , electronic ,industrial engineering or similar

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronics or related manufacturing.

- Problem-solving skills, analytical skills

- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc

- Knowledge and experience of lean (5S, 7 wastes, OEE, VSM, SMED, Kanban/Supermarket, Pull production and Visualization) and Six sigma

- Master Production Operations and Logistics systems knowledge

- Master AutoCAD and MS-Office and so on software

- Good knowledge of working plan and process engineering (REFA preferred)

- Good command of English

- Good communication skills and team work

- Working place: Sanshui Zone, Foshan city
