POSITION OVERVIEW
Become an effective interface between internal and external customers by providing operational excellence and cost effective service on efficient management of local and overseas customer inquiry, order fulfillment and customer complaint etc. to reach customer service level target and maximize customer's satisfaction
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Conduct day-to-day order activities on order entry, price checking, shipping coordination, sample request and commercial documents preparation etc.
2. Ensure all order processing adhere to International Trade Compliance, follow designed process with internal system and SOX control
3. Closely coordinate with sales, planning, production, warehouse,logistics and Finance to fulfill customer order on time and avoid de-commit customer order
4. Work with regional and rest countries customer service team to handle customer improt/export order delivery on time and provide accurate shipping documents
5.Take care of customer inquiries/requests on inventory checking, lead time or sorts of documents (MSDS/Data Sheet/COA) etc.
6. Register customer complaint timely in SFDC and follow with responsible problem owner to invesitgate and get the root cause & corrective and preventive actions
7. Periodically review inventory for customer special stock program, work with customer and internal team to maintain a reasonable inventory level and prevent SLOB incurrance
8. Support in system/process enhancements& project rollouts
Minimum Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
2. More than 2 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain
3. Good knowledge of Supply Chain operational procedure and function
4. Good knowledge of International Trade, L/C documentation and Shipping
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
7. Strong service mindset and good team player
8. Good PC skill, Good written and verbal English skill
