职位描述
Job Title: Commercial Projects Coordinator
Based at: Foshan Gaoming
Responsible to: Head of Commercial Projects
Purpose of Role: Support for commercial projects
Responsibilities
1. Supports the Head of Commercial Projects in day to day management of New Product Category Development and Commercial Projects from Brief right through to launch
2. Manages the Critical path with clear actions, responsibilities and timeframe to ensure that the project is delivered on time, according to expectations and at the budgeted cost
3. Coordinates the deliverables from other teams to meet with project expectations and deadlines.
4. Work with the Head of Commercial Projects in exploring high growth potential categories and preparing project plans to assess their commercial viability
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. English verbal fluency is a must
2. Excel and analytical skills
3. Great office PowerPoint skills and conversed in making presentations
4. Self-motivated, detailed oriented personality
5. Dependable, versatile and can handle different product category sourcing, development and project development situations
Prefer
1. TEM 8
Education/Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience: 2-3 years’ Experience working in buying office, trading or project management environment with Sourcing, Development or Project Coordination experience in Luxury fashion, fashion accessories and or Lifestyle products
Prefer
1. Additional soft goods experience would be highly preferred
