Job Holder: HSS Showroom
Job Title: Showroom Manager
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Responsible to: China GM
Purpose of Role: To manage HALO GM showroom to make sure all the activities are on-brand

Responsibilities
? Manage 4-storey showroom of 4500 sq meter to ensure it is always at Best On Planet (BOP) standard with Halo 5 senses
? Coordinate with Sales and Order management team to prepare the showroom for customer visit – Best in class customer visit experience. Keep proper record of visitors and ensure only authorized person visit to the showroom
? Ensure there is proper maintenance of all the products and equipment in the showroom to meet all the event needs like photo shooting, boarding school, management functions etc.
? Work with Marketing/VM/PD to prepare showroom for Sept AHS. A good plan is needed couple months ahead to ensure there is proper phase out of old product and appropriate phase in of new product. A good plan is needed to ensure right resources and planned budget is met
? Work with Marketing team in organizing Boarding School and preparing marketing collateral material.
? Maintenance :
1.Ensure there is proper supply of daily items for the showroom used like drinks/tissues/snacks/cleaning stuff
2.Instruct on professional sample maintenance
3.8S in the showroom
? Manage Lychee-Garden & Resort (30 rooms) with BOP standard
? Control, analyze and monitor showroom & hospitality budget
? Any other tasks as and when assigned by senior management

Competencies/Skills Required
Must
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese
? Self-starter with pleasant attitude and able to take pressure with flexible in working time
? Independent and able to make tough decision in critical period
? Ability to plan own time well to maximize effectiveness
? A desire to succeed and a “Can and will do” attitude
? Highly driven and motivated and ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decision in crisis situation with proper consultation with management
? Sense of urgency
? Good team player and sometime needs to play the role of commander in chief
Prefer
? CET6 or TEM 8

Education/Experience
Must
? Bachelor degree or above in administrative management, secretarial, hospitality, hotel management or other relevant disciplines
? Related working experiences 3-5 years, especially in marketing communication and showroom management in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
Prefer
? The gallery experience is preferred
