1.【工作职责】

1.1 Daily handle customer order receipt and following up. Assist to get necessary and accurate information from individual clients on time when there is a need.
日常处理客户接单及跟进。协助内部从各个客户获取必须和准确的信息。

1.2 Keep good commutation with oversea AR to ensure all the detailed customer requirements are well done by individual orders.
定与客户代表保持良好的沟通那个，确保每个订单的执行都符合客户的所有详细要求。

1.3 Keep sundown rule for all the order information updates, such as order delivery plan and shipping schedule.
24小时之内确保所有订单信息更新，如完工计划和出货时间。。

1.4 Closely follow up on individual order progress, and timely update and handle unexpected order cases.
紧密跟进各个订单的进程，并及时反馈和处理订单异常。

1.5 Prepare Loading List in advance and assist to arrange order shipment in time.
提前准备好装箱单资料，并及时协助做好出货安排。

1.6 Handle customer complaints internally in time. Assist to set up good communication between individual departments to find best solution.
在工厂内部及时处理客户投诉。协调工厂各个相关部门之间的沟通并找到最佳的解决方案。

1.7 Lead to smooth proper control of logistic and custom arrangement by individual orders.
主导并确保每个订单良好的物流和报关安排。

1.8 Monthly assist Financial team on order achieving & delivery rate reporting and analysis.
每月协助财务完成订单达成率和准交率报告和分析。

1.9 Lead to smooth proper control of logistic and custom arrangement by individual orders.

1.10 Well assist Quality department to pass individual customer on-site inspections or testing.

2.【岗位要求】

1. Associate degree or above, engineering background is preferred.
大专以上文凭，有工程背景为佳。

2. E/M Engineering or Iternation Trading relative majority.
电子/机械工程或国际贸易相关专业。

3. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
英语听说写流利。

4. experience in oversea business handling in relative industry.
有相关行业的海外业务经验。（应届毕业生可为实习经验）

5. Multitasking capability to well deal with several cases at a same time.
具有同时处理多任务的能力。

6. Good communication skills to achieve different targets internally & externally.
拥有达成内外部各种目标的良好沟通协调能力。

7. Good experiences in oversea account management.
良好的海外客户管理经验。

8. Ability to deal and solve practical problems and to provide efficient solutions.
处理实际问题并提供有效解决方案的能力。

9. Professional reporting and analysis skills with individual office software.
运用各种OFFICE软件的专业报告和分析技能。

10. Basic knowledge in engineering, quality and cost control.
在工程、品质和成本控制上有一定的基础认识。
