Job Duties:
- Acts promptly and efficiently to tackle customer’s enquiries, problems and special requests that were unable to be solved by call agents over phone due to information not available on call agents’ workstation;
- Ensuring all request / enquires are handled within service lead time;
- Makes outbound calls to customer to reply their requests / enquires;
- Adheres to Group compliance and audit requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience is required;
- Rotate Shift Hour : 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Saturday);
- Sound knowledge of personal financial products and services;
- Experience of systems needed to conduct investigations and act on offline work;
- Experience in banking operations, policies and customer service;
- Excellent telephone courtesy;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability of fluent English in speaking, listening and writing;
- Good problem solving skills and escalation sense
