Qualification:
Completed college degree preferred, 4 years in the area minimum, strong technical skills, good communication, lean production knowledge as must, applied statistics quality and environmental systems, English required.

Responsibility:
1. Follow the AL Industrial guidelines - to comply with standards.
2. Prepare and develop assembly line machine specifications.
3. Follow WCM - EEM steps for the introduction of new projects.
4. Follow EEM steps - create / follow, check list questionnaire for each project start up - WCM.
5. Participate with Project Mgmt from initial phase to follow project implementation-follow check list.
6. Set indicators (initial detail information for project definition), with Project Launch Coordinator, for each
new project to assure EEM steps implementation.
7. Participate with Launch on WCM step implementation / Process Validation activities.
8. Create cover sheet on each new project - (tc/tp, cap calc, layout, flex manpower, checklist).
9. Assure vertical start up, 4-6 weeks after SOP - follow indicators: scrap, output, changeover time.
10. Work together with Packaging/Logistic Eng. on developing material feeding, bins, material distribution,
Kanban racks / supermarket (if need it), material delivery frequency.
11. Assure that each layout will meet the material distribution needs and create proper material flow.
12. Assure that each layout will meet the proper process flow and people distribution (one piece flow).
13. Assure that each workstation is on comply with AL standards and meet the ergonomic requirements
(golden zone), people movements and material flow.
14? Design, development and control of process instructions/ WI - initial process.
15? Design, development and control of visual aids - emphasis on visual management.
16? Design and validation of tool and fixtures, according standard AL guideline.
17. Assure that fixtures will be able to handle quick change over time (3 minutes max.).
18. Design multi-functional tools/fixtures; (2 on 1 product., both sides (LH/RH).
19? Assure leak test and light test design equipments are on comply with AL standards / guideline.
20? Control of Process Capability.
21. Cooperate with Project Quality on development of Control Plan.
22? Responsible for the development and maintenance of PFMEA's and Flow Charts.
23? Work with Production Team on development plan for problem solving - provide support as needed.
24. Prepare technical training to production team as required. ( key equipment).
25? Organize required rework activities - assure process flow identify rework flow.
26. Comply with quality and environmental standards procedures and instructions.
27? Work together with Process Eng. (PE) to follow continuous improvement activities.
28. Responsible to follow internal weekly communication in order to maintain project status updated.
29. If a change on process / equipment / material is required - MUST use a concession document.

Authority:
Control and reduction of air emissions. If a change on equipment or process must be made due to a special customer requirement; can stop production WITH previous authorization from management.
