Qualification:
1. Technical secondary education or above, majored in mechanical or electronic engineering
2. Minimum 1-year working experience in automotive area and has some experience about quality
inspection
3. Good communication skills
4. Ordinary oral and writing English capability

Responsibility
1. Fill in all daily quality records, reports including soft copies
2. Statistic process control and fill in the record and follow- up action .eg screw torque and Glue weight
3. Random check the lamps according to Finish goods inspection work instruction and release finished
goods.
4. Hourly check molding & metallizing parts appearance
5. First part check and release and in-process inspection
6. Training employee of production line about quality requirement and product control points
7. Monitor production line and staff of shift operation of manufacture according to quality requirement
8. Monitor and random check the operation of rework and sorting
9. Track and report part's quality status for every lot.
10. Report to quality Engineer (necessary report to quality manager)when some quality issues are found
from production line and could not be solved
11. Report to quality Engineer or quality manager when happens big quality problems.
12. Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader

Authority
1. Judgment for random check results, including release, reject or rework product
2. Supervising and training operator's inspecting according to quality requirement
