Qualification:

Diploma/Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibility
To receive Customer Orders/ forecast, prepare customer order review record for countersign
To send back the confirmed customer order to customer
To updated ERP system with the accepted customer order/ forecast
To prepare the monthly Production Plan based on accepted Customer Orders.
To follow up the production plan achievement
To arrange delivery to customer to fulfill customer order
To communicate with customer on orders received and deliveries to be shipped
To liaise with customers for delivery of parts with serious problems
To attend the stated delivery meeting
To achieve and maintain the FG stock level at or below the targeted level.
To prepare the monthly Delivery and Production Attainment Reports.
Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Authority

1.To act as the spokesman on customer orders received and to give commitment of deliveries to customers.
2.To release customer order in ERP system
3.To inform the Production lines on the sequence of models and the quantities for each model that has to be produced.
4.To inform the Shipping Section on the mode of shipment and the address each consignment is to be sent to i.e. if it is apart from the normal destination.
