Supply Chain Manager IN TAIWAN - EGR
- Located in Foshan SE China
- Senior position

EGR is a large privately owned manufacturing company based in Brisbane Australia.
Large part of the job - travel to Taiwan to monitor and inspect suppliers on a monthly basis to ensure on time delivery and quality expectations are achieved. Process and product auditing will be required.
- Experience in manufacturing and variety of mechanical and electronic products.
- Familiar with QA methods
- Ability to identify process control risks and implement controls.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Strong understanding of Quality Standards, in particular ISO9001.
- Experience in Quality Audits, either as an auditor or as someone who has successfully passed quality audits.
- Demonstrable understanding of LEAN manufacturing.
- Proven ability to train and influence others.
- Ability to communicate with shop and floor staff and senior management.
- Strong negotiation skills with
- self motivated and driven, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to travel freely and at short notice within Asia including Taiwan.
