职位描述
Responsibility:职责
1. Manage the Engineering team with the design and specification work for the production of high-end wood furniture for the European Market.
管理工程团队，设计开发针对欧洲市场的木质家具。
2. Work in cross-functional teams to ensure the progress of new product development and ECN projects.
与各职能团队合作，确保新产品开发和ECN项目的进展。
3. In charge of training technical investigation, validation and test.
负责技术培训调查、确认与测试。
4. Communicate with UK engineer for technical exchanges and provide technical explanation and solutions.
与英国工程师沟通，技术交流、提供技术说明和解决方案。
5. Prepare design and specification works for all new product lines. Follow the process from the design stage to final production and make all the necessary design changes needed for final production.
准备成品线的设计与规格说明，跟进从设计阶段到成品的全部流程及其制造成品所需的设计修改。
6. Understand the project requirements/expectation from foreign clients and work closely with the Chinese design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.
从国外客户方了解项目需求、期望，与中国设计团队合作，确认最终图纸与方案。
7. Maintenance of engineering project documentation.
维护工程项目档案资料。
8. Ensure the implementation of technical solutions and provide return of experiences to resolve the root causes.
确保技术解决方案的实施，提供解决根本问题的经验。
Requirements要求:
1. Timber /Mechanical engineering education background.
家具设计、机械工程专业背景
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in wood furniture industry area. Must be knowledgeable and have understanding of different types of materials, cabinet hardware and the basic process of building wood furniture
木质家具行业5年以上工作经验，需熟知不同类型原材料、橱柜配件及木质家具的基本制程
3. Enthusiastic and self motivated.
积极、自我驱动力
4. Task-oriented and team player.
任务导向，有团队精神
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
英文听说读写熟练
6. Highly skilled AutoCAD skill is must. Experience with Solid works is a beneficial.
熟练使用CAD,有Solid woks经验优先。
