This role will run 3 shift work, 2 weeks per shift.

Responsibility:
- Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety to ensure carry out production plan.

- Be responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.

- Directs activities through manufacturing leadership to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

- Be responsible for developing the leadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.

- Assists in achieving manufacturing business objectives and serves as the point person for driving Lean initiatives such as pull, 5S, 8 kinds of waste, poka-yoke, TPM etc.

- Be responsible for addressing and resolving employee, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.

- Ensures open lines of communication among shifts, with the Manufacturing Manager and all appropriate support personnel.

- Be responsible for meeting Operational Excellence goals and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial, mechanical or electronic.

- More than 3 years engineering experience. :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good English, can read, listen; speak clearly;

- Demonstrated experience in motivating, mentoring employees and meeting business objectives.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Strong manufacturing and business knowledge

- Can accept run shift.
