？ 工作职责

1． 具有现场设备问题的分析及处理能力；保障设备的正常运转和保养。

2． 能够独立完成新产品的开发任务 并将其转化成生产.并在现场提供生产指导意见。

3． 熟悉机械各个环节（液压，装配，输料设备等） 熟悉球磨机等大型设备的工作原理及加工工艺。

4． 熟知国家及行业内相关标准规范 熟悉常用金属材料的性能 常用机械设备结构、原理及性能用途。

5. 有TPM的经验，PM的编制，指导，监督。

6 .上级安排的其他临时性任务。



？ 任职要求

1. 机械设计自动化及相关专业大专及以上学历；
2. 5年以上相关工作经验
3. 有较强的时间观念和责任意识，工作积极主动，擅于沟通；
4. 具备良好的逻辑条理性和极佳的团队协作意识及创新意识。
