职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon Automotive Lighting HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the certain departments.
- Support the management team thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including participation in the Automotive Lighting
- Supports organizational setting up and changes for certain department (1 Headquarter Office, 2 WOFE plants and 2 JVs in future) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective.
- He/she collaborateds with HR Share Service team for recruitment activities for Automotive Lighting China
- He/she support HR manager for budgeting, planning and coordination with plants
- Provides HR perspectives on their relevant business operations and consult with local management on HR implications on the strategies
- Support management in communicating HR issues properly to employees and employees’ representatives by means of standard instruments.
- Supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues;
- Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
- Support HR manager for Projects upon request
Qualifications:
1. College or University diploma;
2. Minimum 3-year HR working experience with Foreign - invested Companies;
3. English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form, Good knowledge of the local labor laws and procedures;
4. Ability to collaborate in the Bayer HR business model: Shared Service Center, Business Partner, Center of Expertise.
5. Role model for Company Values, Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency.
6. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
7. Good at data analysis.
