This position will provide overall assistance for HR&Admin Dept & GM assistant.

Responsibility:
- Answer or transfer telephones
- Visitor Greeting

- Reservation of air ticket and hotel
- Event supporting
- Letters distribution
- Stationary management and distribution

- Management of break room,to order coffee and tea etc.
- Other duties set by the HR & Admin.dept.

Requirement:
- Student in Junior Grade is preferred;

- Be able to work 4 full days/week during the semester.
- Major in HR, Administration Management, Business Management preferred
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills;
- Good work attitude;
- Good PC skills.

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
