职位描述
Provide full spectrum of Human Resources operational support to HRM including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and staff relationship so as to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment:
·Coordinate with all recruiting channels, Issue job advertisements, Search potential candidates and screen resumes;
·Arrange interview for relevant Dept. and conduct first interview for staff level;
·Candidate’s database (talent pool) set up for easy search and update;
·Maintain the internal JD system to ensure line managers update JD in time
2.Compensation & Benefit
·Manage salary and bonus calculation and payment. Ensure the payroll accuracy and on-time releasing.
·Responsible for daily benefits management, including social insurance, housing fund and other special benefits program.
·Responsible for HRMS maintenance and information update.
·Responsible for attendance check and annual leave management.
·Responsible for HR system maintenance and monthly report data preparation.
3.Training
·Assist in training logistic and report update
·Prepare the training material
4.Others
·Coordinate internally & externally for employee on-boarding & exit process;
·Support HR team in ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned;
·Implement HR policies & procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly, includes leave management, etc.
Qualification:
·Associate degree, more than 2 years experience in HR. Be familiar with labor law and government regulation.
·Being passionate with the HR work and working initiative，teamwork-oriented .
·Higher responsibility, careful working spirits.
·Strong communication skills, with cautious and steady working styles.
·Fluent in spoken and written English.
·Familiar with Word,Excel, PowerPoint,etc.
Work Location: This position will be located in Shishan town,Guangyao,Foshan.(工作地点:南海区狮山镇官窑前进东路)

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
