Job Holder: Quality department
Job Title: Department assistant
Based at: HALO GM office
Responsible to: Quality manager
Purpose of Role: Department document handling and email record

Responsibilities - general
1. Record customer complaint and issue NCR daily.
2. Summary NCR record and send to relative BU head based on region,
3. Dig NCR detail of UK from tracker system and send it to relative factory for manager’s negotiation with factory
4. Collect weekly quality report from QC and combine them then share with factory.
5. Parts of quality report preparation.
6. Other department task.

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Skilful MS office software operation such as EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, PowerPoint.
2. General English writing and reading skill

Education/Experience
Must
1. Diploma or vocational high school，college prefer
