The role of a Quality System Engineeris to drive the systems(inculding CCC/TS16949/Formel-Q/Faurecia 7 quality basic) within a plant. The main missions of the role are to:
？ Define the priorities of quality continuous improvement in collaboration with the Plant Quality Manager, Division QSE Manager.
？ Construct an annual QSE plan based on defined priorities, including targets, resources and organization of QSE workshops.
？ Give training and support to each functions to ensure deployment of standards.
？ Carry out QSE workshops and therefore master QSE tools and techniques including: 7 basics (quality wall, Pokayoke, self inspection, etc.), Problem Solving Methodology, convergence plan, and variability reduction.
？ Support launch manager and program quality coordinator to be sure that QSE concepts are taken into account in all new programs.
？ Collect, consolidate and report QSE performances of the plant.
？ Identify and implement best practices.
？ Participate in Division QSE network initiatives.
？ Organize internal & external audit, and responsible follow improve actions.
Qualifications：
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Bachelor's degree in engineering
？ Experience in production in an industrial environment3-5 years
？ Knowledge of quality Methodn
？ Certification of TS16949/CCC internal auditor
