Junior Accountant


Location: Guangzhou, China

Reports to: Accountant Manager


Responsibilities:
- Keep liaison with bank, ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of monthly bank account
- Responsible for AP/AR, follow up and resolve outstanding amount timely;
- Responsible for payment notice billing and VAT invoicing;
- Responsible for tax accounting, tax filing, payments and other taxation job;
- Check the staff reimbursements and arrange the payment;
- Support the GL work for monthly closing;
- Fixed assets management;
- File the financial document periodically;
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accountant or Finance or above;
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in international company; certified Accountant in China;
- Ability to issue annual financial statement and to communicate with German accounting directives, good knowledge of Chinese tax policy;
- native Chinese speaker, fluent in English, knowledge in German would be highly preferable;
- Skilled in MS Office, accounting software incldung VAT invoice system;
- Mature personality, strong sense of responsibility;
- Able to work independently and manage tight deadline, willing to learn with positive working attitude.
