1.Define production schedule and keep running in good condition

排定生产进度并保持良好的运转

2.Find out and solve problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks; Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity;

3.Control and guarantee the production safety
保证和控制生产安全
4.Improve production efficiency; reduce scraps, Improve Output-Input ratio of personal, material and energy.

5.Maintain the workshop organizing, improve the orderliness, control and maintain production discipline;
做好车间的组织工作，改善车间秩序，控制和维护生产纪律

6.Handle the rejective products during the process of quality inspection

处理在质量检查过程中没通过的产品

7.Coach new operators according as the training plan;

按照培训计划训练新的操作人员

8.Provide the necessary guide for subordinations;

给下属人员提供必要的指导

9.Coach and develop production generalists, focus on employee development;

培训和发展生产全能人员，集中于对公司员工的培养和发展

10.Motivate teamwork spirit and high efficiency spirit in team

任职要求Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above;
大专或本科以上学历；
2.More than 3 years experience in automotive industry,Familiar with foam process knowledge is plus
3年以上汽车或汽车零配件行业相关工作经验，有发泡生产相关经验更好；
3.Be familiar with 5S, Production Plan, TS16949; Basic knowledge in TPM.

熟悉5S管理、生产计划、TS16949、TPM 的基础知识

4.Good Team Organizer and Communication Capability.

良好的团队组织能力和沟通协调能力

5.Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
