Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
• Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time.
• Process sign off with project team prior to SOP.
• Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
• Non-conformities detection and control, quality problem analysis and organize cross-function department for problem-solving, and provide suggestion for quality improvement;
• Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented.
• Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
• Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains.
• Disposal of non-conformance product
• Set up and maintain the traceability system with relative department
• Coordinate with the quality manager for the quality system management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in engineering field above,
• At least 3 years relevant position work experience in automotive company;
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC;
• Familiar with 8D and quality tools;
• Familiar with TS16949 requirement;
• Familiar with Seating product;
• Good communication skills and team work spirit;
• Can work under the pressure;
• Familiar with FAW VW product development process;

Location: This position will be located in Shishan town,Guanyao,Foshan.

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
