职位描述：
1、预防性维护维修计划（PM）和TPM计划以及对现场设备操作指导书进行编制、会签、维护、执行，并进行持续调整及长期监控、推进。
2、为满足客户对产品质量的要求和交付工作，积极配合维修主管组织维修人员对设备停机故障进行迅速反应和及时维修，关键设备和技术难题要亲力亲为，确保设备的正常运转，严格执行逐级申报制度。
3、定期对复杂的设备停台，组织分析、制定预防性维护措施。
4、掌握常用设备备件价格，有义务为采购部提供性价比占优势的供应商。
5、掌握备件出入库制度，确保备件准确率达到规定指标。
6、根据公司需要，有针对性地对参与对设备进行的改造。
7、编制关键设备、设施的应急计划。
8、对公司水、电、气、热等能源进行有效控制和监控。
9、建立设备台帐及档案并进行维护更新。
10、对重大突发性设备故障进行处理，着重（装配、缝纫）。
任职资格：
1、具有机械或电气类相关专业本科以上学历。
2、接受过设备维护管理、备件管理、生产管理、安全生产、厂房设施维护等培训。
3、三年以上大型、中型制造加工企业具备设备维护管理及现场经验。
4、具备开展TPM活动的经验，能够制定完善设备操作指导的能力。熟悉电气知识，熟悉西门子S7-300/400 PLC 的硬件及Step7软件编程。了解液压、气动相关知识。了解汽车工业TS16949。
5、可看懂设备相关技术英语资料，口语简单交流。具备管理及交流的技能。

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3 and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 70 million.
