职位描述Description:

• Coordinating customer feedback and internal quality problems, maintenance the production line and quality system’s normal operation according to the requirement of quality system, assisting other departments for continuous improving; 协调客户反馈和公司内发生的各种质量问题，按照质量管理体系的要求，维护生产线和质量体系的正常运行，并配合其他部门做持续改进；
• Realize the products quality status,resolve the simple quality problems after necessary analysis;了解客户抱怨质量问题，对简单的质量问题作必要的分析处理，及时解决；
• To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and results to customer.监控和跟进客户质量方面未确定的事项，并向客户报告相关的跟进情况和结果。
• Collecting and calculating customer CLR and WR and formulate correction plan;收集和统计顾客处的CLR和WR并制定整改措施；
• All quality tools and method are applied in production procedure, include customer requirements;所有质量工具和方法应用于生产过程，包括顾客相关需求；
• Improving and optimizing production procedure according to quality management system;按照质量管理体系改善和优化产品生产过程；
• Handling customer complaints and claim timely, conducting defect analysis (8D report) 及时处理顾客的抱怨及索赔并组织缺陷分析（8D报告）；
• Coordination works about internal and external quality problems内部/外部质量问题的协调工作。

任职要求Requirements:

• Above junior college，Major in Mechanical, Manufacturing or its equivalent.
  大专以上学历,机械制造或其他相关专业
• At least 3 years quality experiences in Automotive Industry
  至少3年以上在汽车行业质量工作经验
• Basic knowledge of TS/VDA Standard
  掌握TS及其VDA标准的基本知识
  Be similar with the customer quality requirement of Automotive industry
• 熟悉汽车行业客户的质量要求
  Familiar with Excel and word software etc
• 熟练使用Excel和 word等办公软件

Work Location: This position will be located in Shishan town,Guangyao,Foshan.(工作地点:南海区狮山镇官窑前进东路)

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
