职位描述Description:
- 推动精益生产方法在工厂中的运行
- 负责指导生产班组长，提升运用精益生产的知识和工具。
- 主导关键改善项目，组织和协调各部门资源，达成改善目标。
- 参与推动及协助各部门一般的精益生产改善项目和活动。
- 参与或主导各部门精益生产相关知识的培训。
- 指导及训练各部门独立完精益生产改善项目的能力。
- 保证定义的改善行动计划能够按时、有效地完成。
- 建立健全公司5S管理制度、体系文件并推动实施。
- 根据生产经理的需求，主导车间改进活动
- 致力于整个公司精益生产文化的推广。
任职要求Requirements:
- 专科及以上学历，工程类相关专业优先。
- 3年以上汽车零配件生产管理工作经验
- 精通精益生产相关知识和工具，熟悉5S。
- 有组织和领导精益生产改善项目的丰富经验。
- 对发泡或装配工艺流程有一定的了解。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
Work Location: This position will be located in Shishan town,Guangyao,Foshan.(工作地点:南海区狮山镇官窑前进东路)

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3 and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 70 million. With industry leading customer development, Lear Foshan is ready to grow at fast pace.
