Accountabilities 职责
- Management pillar specialist, providing training, support and coaching on the Pillar, maintain and update responsibility blocks’ SIK
-管理支柱专家，负责给工厂提供该支柱的培训，支持和辅导；维护和更新负责模块的自主实施工具包。
- Ensure the consistency and alignment of VPO Pillar standard in plants
- 保证VPO支柱标准在工厂间的一致性和符合性。
- Tracks VPO pillar/block implementation and sustainability results through proper MCRS. And work with pillar owners to render gap closing support.
- 通过MCRS来跟踪工厂实施和保持结果，并与支柱拥有部门一起提供差距改进支持。
- Overall coordination of VPO Implementation and Sustainability in dedicated region, provide tracking and supervision by pillar and by brewery for the dedicated region
- 通过负责区域分支柱分工厂的跟踪和监管，总体协调该区域VPO的实施和持续保持。
- Provide supervision by validation check for dedicated pillar to open gap for consistent improvement .
- 通过验证检查对相应支柱进行监督，以打开差距，持续改进。
- Conduct implementation audit and validation audit for management pillar. , providing properly justified candid feedback to all levels of the organization, and suggesting corrective actions for plants
- 实施资格审核和验证审核，提供准确公正中肯的反馈给各级组织，并给工厂建议纠正行动。
- Responsible for management pillar best practices identification and sharing
- 识别支柱良好/最佳实践的识别和分享推广。
- Responsible to ensure proper link between VPO means and results at plant level
- 确保工厂用正确的方法取得结果。
Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
Education 教育
- Education: College or above
- 大专及以上学历
English英语水平
- Good listening, speaking and written English, able to communicate in working environment.
- 良好的听说读写能力，可以工作交流。
Experience 经验
- Minimum 3 year brewery experience and 2 year VPO implementation or sustainability experience.
3年以上酒厂工作经验，并有2年以上VPO实施或保持经验
Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 （与工作相关）
-Skillful management pillar knowledge 良好娴熟的管理支柱知识
- Good understanding of VPO pillars 对支柱有良好的理解
- Good ability of communication, coaching and facilitation 良好沟通，指导和辅导能力

- Desired white belt, preferable green belt 具备PDCA白带水平，有绿带者优先
- Mobility for frequent travel 适合频繁出差
