岗位职责：
1、负责跟进产品的售后问题至处理完结。
2、处理客户退换货及维修问题等。
任职条件：
1、中专或以上学历，计算机操作熟练，office办公软件使用熟练，有一定的网络知识基础，打字速度快（每分钟45字以上）。有客服类、电话营销类、售前售后等丰富工作经验者，学历要求可适当调整。
2、反应敏捷、有较强的推广和维护协调客户的能力,熟悉客户服务流程;能够快速的跟客户沟通出现的各种问题。
3、对家具行业的销售跟单工作有一定的了解，对软体家具的生产工艺和流程了解者优选。
4、有家具厂工作经验，对在线销售和电子商务具有浓厚的兴趣，熟悉网络购物，开过网店和有相关行业工作经验者优先考虑。
5、要求住员工宿舍。
