EGR is an Australian owned manufacturer of Automotive and Industrial products that exports to over 40 countries around the world. EGR is considered a world leader in its field with offices in the USA, UK, China, Russia and South Africa. EGR ISD (International Sourcing Division) is a supplier to the major Motor Companies in Australia and around the world. Head Office is based in Brisbane, Australia.
EGR are looking for an Account /Sales Manager based in Shanghai and Foshan China, to expand our push into the OEM 4x4 accessories / automotive field. This autonomous role offers a significant opportunity for the right person to develop a significant customer base and revenue stream. Major focus is required towards developing new customers and generating repeat business across the China OEM automotive sector. You will be supported with excellent OEM quality products and after-sales support. Candidates with an established network in the Chinese Automotive sector will be highly regarded.
This is a high activity role that will require supreme commitment over the initial 12 months whilst you develop your customer base and network. The role will allow you to retain & develop the clients you win for the long term.

The remuneration package will include a base salary, a generous commission structure, and a fully maintained vehicle and Blackberry smart phone.
AUTHORITY目标:
Accountable for selling EGR products into the Chinese OEM 4x4 accessories / automotive field. 负责销售EGR产品,进入中国4x4配件以及主机厂市场
RESPONSIBILITIES责任:
Develop and grow EGR’s China customer base 开发EGR中国的客户群并提高增长
Obtain OEM business with Chinese automotive customers 取得中国主机厂原厂生意
Attend trade shows as required 参加相关商贸展会
PRE-REQUISITES 能力要求:
Min 5-10 years automotive sales experience directly to Chinese automotive customers 在中国汽车配件领域,有至少5至10年的经验,直接跟汽车主机厂客户接洽
Familiar with automotive OEM business types and practice in China 熟悉中国汽车主机厂的生意模式以及操作
Excellent communications in both Chinese and English is required. 能流利的用中英文进行沟通
Must have Chinese drives license 具有中国汽车驾驶证
Be confident, innovative and customer focused. 有自信,有创新力,有客户至上的精神
Have flexibility to travel throughout China and be able to travel overseas as required. 工作弹性大,需在全中国各地出差,并在必要时至国外出差
