Responsibility:

1) Helps the project team define the Valeo requirement: QCD objectives, expression in functional specifications, schedules. Based on his/her knowledge of family purchasing strategies, he/she challenges make or buy choices, ensures that technological choices will not"lock in" the choice of suppliers, challenges the breakdown of the final product into different components/functions, and ensures that component standards are complied with.
2) Ensures that the right conditions exist so that the best suppliers are able to propose the best QCD solutions.
-Conducts consultations with the supplier base (including Panel 300 suppliers) and any other potential suppliers.
-Participates in the selection of suppliers, in close collaboration with the family buyers (note: the latter have the right to veto choices).
-Uses functional specifications as a basis of consultation and makes sure that suppliers' ideas are taken into account.
-Integrates suppliers very early(phase 0 or 1)and gives them access to the project platform.
-Initiates, when necessary, value analyses to meet target costs.
-Facilitates communication between suppliers and the various project team members.
3) Manages the state of progress of suppliers' projects and validates the key stages.
-Formalizes the Valeo requirement files(VRF)with the supplier.
-Checks that suppliers' schedules are consistent with the project schedule and makes sure they are complied with.
-Formalizes, with the PQA specialists and suppliers, the scheduling of PQA stages and checks that they are performed correctly.
-Organizes end of phase reviews at the supplier and participates in them with the PQA specialists.
-Ensures that supplier projects comply with Valeo's procedures (contract signings, etc.)
4)Provides feedback from the purchasing department and remains in coordination with the relevant family buyers and PQA specialists.
5) For P2s, may be called on to perform Purchasing Marketing to look for suppliers of new technologies (when necessary).

Requirement:

-Over 3 years working experience in engineering,experienced in automotive is preferred.
-Good command of English language are mandatory,Japanese is a+
-Good knowledge of injection, stamping, electronic material
-High level of interaction with other project team members (R&D, Sales, Industrialization, Quality and Project Manager).
-Coordination with the rest of the purchasing team: PQA specialists and family buyers,Suppliers (especially integrated suppliers)

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
