*Key Accountabilities (Areas of the business over which the position is accountable and measures)
　 　
a) Process entrance and admin affair of Managers and Stock Admin Staff. 　 　 　
b) Stat. Attandance and On-Duty Schedule of all managers. 　 　 　 　
c) Arrange daily itinerary of Supply Chain Manager and help with work assigned. 　
d) Draw up amanuensis in and out of Supply Chain Department. 　 　 　 　
e) Arrange Meetings and take minutes. 　 　 　 　 　 　 　
f) As representative of Supply Chain Department to communicate with departments of company.
g) Deal with daily reports and data.
