Job duty
- Based on request from every department to reserve hotel , air tickets and arrange car to pick up guest
- Stationery statistics and purchasing
- All of payment apply in accountant system
- Rental car’s management.
- Cleaning management
- All of keys management
- All of foreigner’s work permit and resident permit application and also medical check
- All of tools of labor protect purchasing ( like uniform, safety shoes)
- Order meal for all staff and weekly reporting
- Communicate with departments about admin’s job
- Follow up the request from top management
- Collect the information from government and manufactory.
- Collect all the information from department manager and coordinate the company presentation before a visit.
- Check on all staff working attendance weekly and monthly summary
- In charge of plant 5S check weekly
- Translation if needed.
- Other jobs assign from HR manager.
