Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1. Manage the academic teams of RISE
管理瑞思学术团队；
2. Monitor the teaching quality of RISE
监控瑞思教学质量；
3. Oversee teacher staff training
负责学术人员培养工作。

Position Requirements
任职要求：
1. A passion for education
热爱教育事业；
2. A good understanding of the education system in China, and more specifically how it compares to the Western methodology
理解中西方教育理念；
3. A bachelor's degree in English and/or English Education; High level of English language proficiency in listening, reading and writing
英语本科以上学历，英文听、读、写流利；
4. More than five years experience in English teaching, especially for pre-adolescent students
3年以上英语教学经验（少儿英语培训经验优先）；
5. More than one year’s experience in teaching staff management
2年以上学术团队管理经验。
