Support on lifecycle management of the application for his/her functional domain
在整个SAP项目使用生命周期内，提供专业支持服务
Collects and describes local requirements from sites (Requests For Change)
收集并具体描述工厂变更请求
Elaborates functional specifications and get them validated
精确描述功能并推动实现
Communicates decisions made to the users community
与用户有效沟通
Coordinates and performs end-users trainings
组织协调和实施SAP/MES(追溯及排序交付)用户培训
Maintains coherence and consistency of data by executing periodic tests
定期做相关测试确保数据的相关性及一致性
Helps the functions take actions in order to promote best practices and improve the data quality
帮助相关职能部门采取一定的行动计划以求获得最佳实践经验，以及提高数据质量
Actively contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain
积极提高SAP支持团队的质量及效率
Provide IT technical support to end-users to ensure user satisfaction
提供及时的IT技术支持以确保用户满意。
Make sure all IT procedures and activities in the plant are in line with Group standard
确保工厂的IT流程及行为符合集团标准。
Responsible to deploy standard IT tools and procedures within the plant.
负责在工厂内实施IT标准工具及流程。
Ensure continuous availability and acceptable levels of performance of IT systems and infrastructure
确保IT系统及基础架构的可用性，确保性能处于可接受的运营水平
Coordinate with IT support chain as well as 3rd party IT vendors for IT related services
与IT支持链及第三方IT厂商协调解决相关IT技术服务
Responsible for Plant budget preparation and actual follow up.
负责工厂IT预算编制及跟踪。

岗位要求：
Expertise or specific knowledge on:
专业或特定的技能：
3 years ERP experience, SAP experience preferred
三年以上ERP经验，SAP优先。
Possess working experience of plant IT, manufacture industrial preferred
具备工厂IT的工作经验，制造业优先。
Understand plant operations, logistic process and finance related process
理解工厂运营，工厂物流以及财务相关流程。
Able to deliver basic IT technical support to end users (PC HW and SW etc)
能够提供基本的PC 软硬件的技术支持
Able to maintain plant IT facilities (servers, network, applications etc) under supervision of regional IT
能够在集团IT的支持下维护工厂内的IT设施（服务器，网络及应用软件）
Bachelors Degree in Information technology or vocational experience of the same value
信息技术专业的本科，或拥有同等职业经验
Good level of English speaking and writing
良好的英语口语和写作水平
Good communication skills with ability to understand and establish written and/or verbal instructions. Coordinate with regional IT team to make sure smooth implementation of regional projects

This position reports to Regional IT Manager (dot line) and Finance Controller in the Plant (Solid line)
